Account Deactivation
When you deactivate your account:
- Temporary Deactivation: Your account will be temporarily disabled, and your profile will not be visible to other users. However, your data will remain on our servers.
- Data Retention: We will retain all your data while your account is deactivated. You can reactivate your account at any time by logging back in.
- Impact: Deactivation is reversible, and all your data and content will be restored upon reactivation.
Account Deletion
When you request to delete your account:
- Permanent Deletion: All your personal information, usage data, and any other data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- Data Retention: We will retain your data for a period of 30 days after the deletion request to allow for any recovery requests or legal compliance. After this period, your data will be irreversibly deleted.
- Backup Systems: Information may remain in our backup systems for a limited time but will be purged according to our regular backup and retention policies.
How to Deactivate or Delete Your Account
To deactivate or delete your account, follow these steps:
Deactivate:
- Navigate to the “Profile Tab” section of the App.
- Click “Settings” and then choose “Deletion And Deactivation”.
- Choose the option “Deactivation Account” and Continue to click the “Continue to Account Deactivation” button.
- Now enter your current password, then click the “Continue” button.
Deletion:
- Navigate to the “Profile Tab” section of the App.
- Click “Settings” and then choose “Deletion And Deactivation”.
- Choose the option “Deletion Account” and Continue to click the button “Continue Deletion Account”.
- Choose the reason for delete FreeBuilder account.
- Now enter your current password, then click the “Continue” button.
- Confirm your decision by following the on-screen instructions.
